Assassin’s Creed 2 takes you back into the life of the central character Desmond Miles, who is still locked up by the people of Abstergo Industries after the events that took place in the first game. This time around, Desmond Miles is soon to discover another notable Assassin in his lineage, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, thanks to the new and updated Animus 2.0.
In the previous game, you assumed the role of Desmond’s ancestor Altaïr ibn La-Ahad, who is a remarkable assassin during the events of the Third Crusade in 1191. Now, you are set to discover the 15th century during the Renaissance where you will discover that Ezio’s family is trapped in a plot of political conspiracy.
If you enjoyed the first game, then you would definitely love Assassin’s Creed II – with greatly improved graphics, ginormous cities to freely explore, breathtaking landscapes and much, much more. Being in an open world/free roam game, you are allowed to freely explore any place you wish to see, whether climbing the tallest building to give you a better view of the city, or disguising yourself as a common folk to liberally walk around the busy streets. Either way, Assassins Creed 2 has a great storyline attached to it, or it is up to you to fix the pieces that your ancestors have mysteriously left for you to unfold.
